  41.                         1. Press a letter, ANY letter.  You can also try <Option-Up Arrow> and <Option-Down Arrow>.  If you have one of those new-fangled Extended keyboards, press <Home>, <End>, <Page Up> or <Page Down>.

  43.                         2. If you’re staring at a PICTure, try <CMD-Right Arrow> or <CMD-Left Arrow>.
